Protocols
- As students arrive at TFBC, we will have a non- touch temperature check. If they have a temperature of more than 100.0 then that student will not be allowed to go on the trip.We will possibly do checks in the morning/and or night as well.
- Students will be highly encouraged to wear their mask at all times except recreation.
- There will be plenty of room to space out in the sleeping areas.
For the guys, they will be staying in a 10 person cabin. At the most there will be 7 per cabin so they can have social distancing as well.
- In addition, we will be regularly spraying housing facilities, cafeteria, and worship areas with cleaner that we use on Sundays to sanitize between services.
-If a student experiences a loss of taste, smell, or starts to run a fever, experience chills, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, new sore throat or congestion, the parents of that student will be notified and they will need to be picked up from the camp to go home.
-If a student tests positive that attended the camp within two weeks of returning, we will notify the families of those students who went. It will be up to the family on how to proceed with their student and associated events or school.
-LASTLY, if your student has any of the above symptoms or been around anyone with symptoms or exposed to COVID-19, please do not send your student on this trip.
